The individual named below (referred to as “I” or “me”), together with all members of my reservation, including minors (collectively, “Guests”), and those persons I may invite to visit my Guests and me (“Visitors”), hereby agree to comply with all rules and regulations made available by Campville, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with offices located at 365 Bonner Road, Ringgold, GA 30736 (the “Company”), which are incorporated into this Agreement and are accessible on Campville’s website and posted throughout Campville (collectively referred to as the “Rules and Regulations”). If I, my Guests, or my Visitors fail to comply with the Rules and Regulations, the Company reserves the right to terminate my stay immediately without providing a refund. I further agree that I am responsible for the proper use and care of Campville and any of the Company’s property that is damaged, destroyed, or lost by my acts or omissions, or the acts or omissions of my Guests and Visitors. The Company also reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion, and any modifications to the Rules and Regulations shall become immediately effective.

I acknowledge and agree on behalf of myself, my Guests and Visitors, that the Company will not be responsible for or provide any security for my property and personal belongings, or the property or personal belongings of my Guests or Visitors.

We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
