Campground Rules at Campville, LLC

Our rules are to ensure that everyone has a great experience. We want the park to remain beautiful for all to enjoy. Please follow all posted signage on the property. 

Pool 

Max persons in the pool is 22

Max persons in the hot tub are 6

No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. 

Must be 18 or accompanied by an adult 

No jumping 

No running

No diving

Game Room

Must be 18 or accompanied by an adult 

No running 

No throwing objects 

No rough play 

The stairway leading to the pool is emergency exit only.

No running or playing on stairs. 

Laundry room 

You are welcome to bring your own detergent or there will be supplies for purchase.  

Please pay via bar code. 

No one under the age of 18 without an adult.

Fitness room

No one under the age of 18 without an adult. 

Always be in control, do not use too much weight or perform exercises you are not familiar with. 

Only workout if you have been cleared by a medical doctor.

Kitchen

The kitchen is for special occasions. If you have an emergent need, contact the park manager prior to using the appliances in the kitchen. 

Feel free to use the water dispenser in the fridge.

Clubhouse

Must be 18 or accompanied by an adult

For use anytime; but, no parties without prior authorization from manager.

Shower/Restrooms

Must be 18 or accompanied by an adult to take showers. 

Clubhouse, showers, fitness area, Laundry, Pool/hot-tub, and game room is open from 7am until 10pm daily.  

Dog park 

No aggressive breeds

Owner must be present at all times. 

Remove your dog poop immediately 

Dogs must be up to date on all shots

Fishing 

No fishing after Dark. Fishing hours are 30 minutes after sunrise and 30 minutes after sunset. Sunrise and sunset times are published on most weather apps or can be found online. 

Must be 18 or accompanied by an adult 

Only in designated areas. All ponds are not open to fishing. The only pond open to fishing is the large pond on the other side of the clubhouse. 

Catch and release only. 

Must use our hooks. This is so the smaller ones do not get caught until they are big enough. 

Handle the fish as little as possible. Use only your bare hands if handling is a must. Fabrics, such as towels, remove the slime hurting and potentially killing the fish. 

If a fish swallows the hook do not pull it out. Cut the line as close to the hook as possible. 

No live minnows for bait.  Worms and other bait is ok. 

Police all your trash and leave nothing behind. 

Park 

No campers or RV allowed in the clubhouse parking lot.  

Please follow all posted speed limit signage. If you speed you will be asked to leave. 

No fires left unattended at any time for any length of time. No fires outside of the provided fire pit. No fires in mulch areas. Keep the ring and fire on the back edge farthest from the utilities on the gravel and please do not move it around.  

Only one vehicle and one camper/RV. More must be pre-approved. Must unload or disconnect vehicles up top in the open gravel area by the gate. No unloading or loading vehicles in the camping area. 

You can move campsites if you wish but must first check with the park manager for availability and must pay any gap in cost between the two spaces. 

All Camper, RV and vehicles must be in your space and may not at anytime be parked off the parking pad or roadway.  Slide outs can hang over but your tires must be on the concrete or gravel at all times.  

Except for the dog park, all dogs must be on a leash at all times. 

If you damage anything your card on file will be charged. We do not mark the charges up, we only charge you our expense to repair or replace. 

Please refrain from spinning tires or turning sharp on the gravel. Do not drive your tires off the gravel.  If you need help getting into your space, please ask. 

Golf carts are welcome.  You must have a valid driver license to drive or be accompanied by an audit with a valid driver license and must obey all rules as a vehicle.   

No vehicle or RV repair work if not pre-approved. Major overhaul work will not be permitted. Blue compass is the only approved vendor to perform work while in the park.  All others will only be approved if blue compass cannot perform the work and the park manager has approved. 

No decks or permanent add on items to campers or RV’s. 

No open trash at anytime. Your site should be tidy at all times. 

No outdoor music. No loud indoor music that can be heard outside allowed. 

No loud or obnoxious noise. 

No charging of electric vehicles at RV Sites. We do have metered spots that you can charge your units for associated fees. 

Please be kind and courteous at all times.  

Failure to  follow all rules can result in you being asked to leave without refund. 

Liability release 

We hope that everyone enjoys their stay with us.  This campground was created by our family for your family. We want everyone to be safe and follow the rules. While we have done everything in our power to provide all our patrons with a fun experience, we simply cannot  guarantee safety.  It is up to you to keep you and everyone in your group safe and watch for dangers. You should only engage in activities you are comfortable with and experienced with and that your doctor has approved.  By signing our terms and conditions you agree that you will hold Campville, its owners and affiliates harmless from your actions and ours for all liabilities.
